Did you know that over 96% of pork farms are family-owned and operated? Many are also multi-generational businesses. We love to see agriculture stay in the hands of local farmers. With Illinois being one of the top 5 pork-producing states we extend a sincere thank you to all pig farmers across Illinois.

Happy International Rabbit Day 🐰

Let's celebrate by sharing our top 10 rabbit facts!

1) Rabbits can live up to 12 years - that's 12 years of cuddling! 🥰
2) Rabbits are social and enjoy having rabbit friends. But don't expect them to be friends with guinea pigs!
3) When excited and happy rabbits do a cute twisty hop in the air that is referred to as a "binky" or "binky-ing"
4) Rabbits actually prefer 🥬 to 🥕
5) Rabbits can hop up to 3 ft in the air 😮
6) Rabbits teeth never stop growing
7) Rabbits have nearly 360-degree vision 😵‍💫 This is to protect them from predators
8) See that nose twitch, or that foot thump? Your rabbit is trying to talk to you! Rabbits communicate through body language.
9) Rabbits can have up to 7 litters a year with up to 12 babies, known as "kittens", a litter - that's a lot of babies!
