There are multiple ways you can become a sponsor. Please see below for all the different ways you can sponsor this event.
Vendors
Want to be a vendor at the Woodstock Truck’n Food Show? Great! All potential vendors start by filling out our Vendor Application.
This application lets us know what kind of booth you need or service your provide, how much room you need, and what services you require of us, such as water or electric. Your submitted application will be passed on to and discussed by our committee. If there is space available and your offerings are a good fit, the committee will send you a contract and decide where to place your booth.
Cans for a Cause
Hope for Warriors is honored to partner with the Woodstock Truck’n Food Show for a special fundraising initiative—Cans for a Cause!
This heartfelt campaign began with our dear friend, Art Erckfritz, who started collecting cans and tabs when Hopie began her first battle with cancer. Today, Art and his daughter Leigha Erckfritz, are uniting two incredible causes under one powerful mission.
From now through September 7th, we invite you to save your cans and tabs to help support Hope for Warriors and the Woodstock Truck’n Food Show!
